We offer a variety of classes including strength training, dance cardio, high-intensity interval training, barre and yoga. Our classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.

Absolutely not! Our classes and training sessions are tailored to accommodate all levels of fitness. Our trainers are skilled in modifying exercises and routines to suit your individual needs.

We offer several membership options, including drop-in rates, class cards, and unlimited monthly passes. We also have personal training and online coaching services available. Visit our Programs tab and choose "Group Fitness Class", scroll down and find "Purchase Here" to review all pricing options!

We know life gets busy, and things come up. We kindly ask you to cancel any reservation at least 2 hours (see below exception for morning classes) before the scheduled class, so that someone from the waitlist may join. Late cancellations within the 2 hour time frame will be subject to a penalty fee or loss of credit. Our morning classes (5am, 545am, 6am) do require cancellation by 930pm the night before in order to avoid penalty.

Yes! We offer a trial class at a reduced rate of $10, for new members. It's a great way to experience our studio atmosphere and decide if it’s the right fit for you.

We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, indoor sneakers and a positive attitude!

Yes, we offer personal training sessions. You can choose between one-on-one sessions or small group training. Our personal trainers will work with you to create a customized fitness plan.
